Call Center Supervisor


Five hour evening shift. Great team!


Work Schedule:

Summer Hours - Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-9:00pm

School Year Hours - Monday-Friday 4:00pm-9:00pm


Job Summary:

Assist in supervision of outbound telemarketing staff of up to 5 part-time

telemarketing recruiters who contact prospective students to inform of merit-based aid

qualification. Assist in ongoing staff development, including recruiting, interviewing,

training, monitoring and motivation of telemarketing recruiters. Compile and generate

timely and accurate periodic statistical reports. Assist with prospect downloading and

calling list creation and maintenance, as well as troubleshooting and maintaining

recruiter’s phone and computer equipment needs.


Essential duties, tasks and responsibilities:

Tasks assigned to the Telemarketing Supervisor:

  • Hire telemarketing recruiters

  • Supervise telemarketing recruiters

  • Monitor evening phone calling for telemarketing recruiters.

  • Assist in creating evening recruiter call lists

  • Assist in generating weekly reports

  • Generate letters of confirmation of award

  • Assist Advancement Office with telemarketing needs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • At least three to five years managing a staff of people preferred

  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, ability to resolve conflicts and work

with issues that arise during phone calling.

  • Experienced with scholarships preferred
