OverviewAs our Inside Sales/Customer Service Rep, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, and the key to their success. You'll be juggling everything from answering inquiries and providing expert advice to managing orders, tracking projects, and ensuring seamless delivery and installation. Think of it as a blend of customer service, project management, and a dash of creative consultation. We welcome both experienced professionals and enthusiastic entry-level candidates with a strong aptitude for customer service and a drive to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Be the friendly voice and helpful guide for our clients, handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in customers (expect around 5-10 walk-ins daily)
- Provide top-notch customer service, answering questions, offering product information, and guiding clients toward the perfect signage solutions
- Manage the entire order process, from generating quotes and processing orders to tracking project progress and ensuring timely delivery and installation
- Act as a liaison between clients and our production team, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction
- Proactively address client concerns and resolve any issues that arise
- Contribute to design suggestions and provide troubleshooting assistance
- Manage client accounts and build long-lasting relationships
- Other tasks as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-3 years of retail or counter sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing, responsive, and eager to learn, with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Exceptional listening skills and a knack for understanding client needs
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills (phone and email experience a must)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease
- A true team player with a positive attitude and a collaborative spirit
- A creative background or interest in design is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to grow with our company
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30AM - 5:00PM)
Compensation: $18.50 - $24.00 Hourly
