RN Home Health - Salisbury, NC - Local or Traveler

13 weeks
FT available, Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week

On call info: On call on Tuesday nights 5pm-8am
Travel Area: Rowan County except Landis and China Grove
Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours
Productivity Units: 30 units
Qualifications: HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required; general experience IV and wound vac care especially will work Saturday and Sunday 1 weekend per month

Skills
Homecare Homebase Software Experience - Required
OASIS Experience - Required
Current state license as a Registered Nurse - Required
CHPN certification - Preferred
Proof of current CPR certification - Required
Current driver's license - Required
Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
1-2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting - Required
2+ years Home health experience - Required.

Education
Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program - Required
Bachelors of Science in Nursing - Preferred
