We are currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a professional clinic in Richmond Hill, GA. This role is designed for a clinician who thrives on a blend of direct 1:1 intervention and high-level case supervision, working under the guidance of an experienced Clinical Director to provide life-changing autism services.
Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $70,000 – $85,000.

The Role & Responsibilities
As a Supervising Analyst, you will manage a dedicated caseload and provide essential supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians. You will utilize a wide range of ABA techniques—including Discrete Trial Instruction (DTI) and Natural Environment Training (NET)—to help children reach milestones in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

Direct & Supervisory Care: Balance 1:1 service delivery with monthly supervision of Behavior Assistants and RBT cases.

Clinical Assessment: Conduct functional behavioral assessments and language assessments (VB-MAPP / ABLLS) to develop individualized behavior plans (IBP).

Data Oversight: Use Microsoft Excel to record, analyze, and report on skill acquisition and problem behavior.

Collaborative Leadership: Establish strong, cooperative relationships with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure consistency in care and program implementation.
Qualifications & Requirements

Certification: Active BCBA certification is strictly required for interview eligibility.

Education: Master's degree in Psychology or a related field (preferred).

Clinical Standards: Strong understanding of behavior analytic principles, including reinforcement, punishment, and 3-step guided compliance.

Operational Commitment: Ability to work a minimum of 130 billable hours per month.

Physical Requirements: This is an active role in a clinic environment. Candidates must be able to bend, stand, lift (20+ lbs.), and assist with the daily needs of children.

Typical Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
