Our Beginning is seeking a dynamic, people-centered professional to serve as the Human Resources Generalist and Enrollment Manager. This unique role blends strategic human resources leadership with oversight of student enrollment, admissions, and marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Generalist - People Services (50%)
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance support, and offboarding.
- Develop and maintain HR systems, policies, and procedures that reflect best practices and align with our values.
- Coordinate benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and personnel documentation.
- Support employee engagement, development, and retention strategies.
- Serve as a trusted resource and culture ambassador across the organization.
- Experience incorporating AI into human resources functions
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Enrollment, Admissions, and Marketing (50%)
- Oversee the student admissions process from inquiry through enrollment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, including conducting tours and follow-ups.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the school’s mission and programs.
- Manage external communications, including digital content, social media, and printed materials.
- Monitor enrollment trends and provide data-driven insights to support planning and growth.
- Ensuring timely communication with school administration regarding the scheduling of school tours, family meetings, and coordination with school staff.
- Maintaining regular communication with school administration about identified questions shared by families and staff.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, admissions, or community engagement roles.
- Experience in an educational, nonprofit, or values-driven environment strongly preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g., HRIS systems, AI integration, ADP, CRM platforms, marketing software, ProCare, etc.) is a plus.
