Local Construction Company is seeking a full-time Staff Accountant
This position will be support to the Controller in carrying out the responsibilities of the accounting department. Must have the following experience to apply.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Review daily transactions and prepare journal entries</li>
<li>Review revenue and expenses</li>
<li>Perform variance analysis and investigate differences</li>
<li>Reconcile intercompany transactions</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up to date financial reports</li>
<li>Gather data and prepare reports as needed</li>
<li>Prepare quarterly financial reports</li>
<li>Assist with other projects as needed</li>
</ul>
Skills and Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>1 to 3 years experience in an accounting role</li>
<li>Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Multi tasking skills</li>
</ul>
