Job Details:

• Remote position working full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
\n• Weekend on-call support required to meet business requirements
\n• Utilize EPIC charting system for documentation
\n• Must maintain active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in state of residence
\n• RPh or Pharm.D. degree required
\n• BLS certification not required
\n• Must pass drug screening with negative nicotine/cotinine results (facility is nicotine-free)
\n• Drug utilization review experience preferred
\n• Medicare Part B and Part D Coverage Determinations and appeals experience preferred
\n• Proficiency in MS Office programs including MS Teams required
\n• Conduct Part B drug utilization reviews and render clinical decisions
\n• Review coverage determinations and appeals in accordance with CMS requirements
\n• Provide medication therapy management and comprehensive medication reviews
\n• Communicate with patients, providers, and pharmacies regarding coverage and therapeutic outcomes
\n• Support regulatory compliance reporting and audits
\n• Participate in Pharmacy and Therapeutics committees and special projects
\n• Cancellation policy: 3 shifts per 13-week assignment or 2 shifts for assignments 12 weeks or less
