Job Title: Logistics Coordinator & Junior Broker (Startup)
Location: Carmel, IN
Compensation: $18.00 per hour + Profit Sharing Plan

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for the "fine print" of the supply chain. You will manage the movement of goods, coordinate with carriers, and ensure every detail of a shipment is executed perfectly. Because this position offers high-level exposure to our proprietary processes and client network, a non-compete agreement will be required.
What You Will Do
- Operations Management: Track and trace shipments in real-time, ensuring drivers are on schedule and troubleshooting delays before they become problems.
- Documentation & Compliance: Manage carrier packets, insurance certificates, and rate confirmations with 100% accuracy.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Utilize various Transportation Management Systems (TMS), load boards, and digital communication tools to streamline workflows.
- Startup Growth: Assist leadership in refining operational SOPs and building the foundation of our company culture.
- Relationship Building: Act as a primary point of contact for carriers, providing professional and proactive communication.
Candidate Requirements
- Education: Recent college graduate (all majors welcome; Logistics, Business, or Communications preferred).
- Attention to Detail: You are the type of person who catches a single-digit typo in a 20-page document. Precision is your primary skill.
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency with Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and the ability to learn new software rapidly.
- High Initiative: You dont wait for a task list; you see a gap in a process and offer a solution.
- Resilience: You thrive in a startup environment where things move fast and priorities can shift.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $18.00 per hour.
