As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining high quality standards in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your role will involve loading products onto the paint line, prepping materials for painting, and ensuring quality through consistent checks and inspections.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high quality standards.
- Load products onto the paint line.
- Prep materials for painting.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections.
- Perform daily setup and shutdown of the paint line.
- Ensure material flow through the paint line.
- Adjust paint equipment to meet quality specifications.
- Maintain paint equipment and work area to a 5S standard of housekeeping.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance of paint equipment.
- Follow standard operating procedures as determined by the Paintline Lead.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to maintain the daily schedule provided by the Production Manager.

- Basic mechanical aptitude.

Work Environment
The work environment involves manufacturing baseball and softball bats. You will work on an automated production line, painting bats and applying primer. The role requires mechanical inclination and comfort with using tools. The shift is from 6 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional flexibility needed for Fridays.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HILLSBORO, Oregon
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
