Shift: Day Shift (3x12-hour schedule, 07:00 – 19:30)
Duration: 9-week assignment

Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to support an acute care float and hospital-at-home program. This role involves providing direct patient care and assisting nursing staff in delivering high-quality support across a variety of clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
• Support registered nurses in delivering patient care in acute care and hospital-at-home environments
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive patient care environment
• Assist with basic clinical tasks as directed by licensed staff
• Work rotating weekends and holidays as required

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Completion of an approved Nurse Aide training program OR equivalent clinical experience
• Active BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience OR certified long-term care nursing assistant experience required
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to float assignments across units
