Data Entry Specialist – Grandview, MO

Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Grandview, Missouri (Onsite)
LSI Staffing is seeking detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialists to join our client’s team in Grandview, Missouri! This role is essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth vendor coordination. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong computer skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Communication & Coordination
- Communicate with vendors using Microsoft Outlook regarding scheduling, updates, and issue resolution
- Coordinate move logistics and track progress via email correspondence
- Maintain clear, professional communication with external partners
Data Management & Entry
- Accurately input and update data in Excel spreadsheets
- Maintain detailed records of vendor interactions and move statuses
- Organize and manage electronic files and documentation
- Perform data verification and quality checks to ensure accuracy
Problem Solving & Issue Resolution
- Identify and resolve discrepancies related to vendor coordination or data entry
- Apply problem-solving skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Escalate complex issues when necessary
Administrative Support
- Assist with additional administrative tasks such as reporting and data analysis
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work onsite in Grandview, Missouri
