As a Partner Experience Admin Associate (or as we like to call it, PX Hero), you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who ensures everything runs smoothly for our Partner Experience Managers. You’ll manage calendars, handle administrative tasks, and troubleshoot issues to keep the team on track. Think of yourself as the conductor of the customer experience orchestra—except cooler, because you’ll have access to cutting-edge tools and a team that’s as passionate as you are.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain client data and documentation, ensuring everything is up-to-date.
  • Provide work progress reports to keep the team informed and aligned.
  • Offer general administrative support to various departments or team members.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve administrative issues or inquiries promptly.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
