Location: Multiple Locations (including Baton Rouge, LA)
Position Type: Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 1st Shift (No Weekends)
Salary: Up to $95,000 per year

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver direct support in both home- and center-based ABA programs, helping children reach their full potential.
  • Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, ensuring high-quality implementation of individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct VB-MAPPs and other assessments for new referrals, re-evaluations, and parent training sessions.
  • Develop tailored program materials, including activities, data collection tools, and behavioral/crisis intervention plans.
  • Collaborate closely with your team to monitor progress, adjust strategies, and maintain thorough documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Current BCBA certification or BCBA eligibility
  • Louisiana BCBA licensure
  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on ABA experience
