We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The Warehouse Worker will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse, ensuring accuracy, organization, and safety at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts through regular cycle counts and reporting.
- Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies or issues.
- Follow company safety standards and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
- Assist with shipping, labeling, and staging outbound orders.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer or scanner knowledge for inventory systems.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
Working Conditions
- Warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Requires standing, bending, and lifting throughout shifts.
- May involve overtime, evenings, or weekends based on business needs.
