Schedule/Hours:

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- Previous Stepdown or progressive care nursing experience preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage patient conditions in Stepdown (progressive care) settings
- Administer medications and assist with complex procedures
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to emergencies
- Educate patients and families about treatments and care plans
- Accurately document patient status and care provided
