RPh on the Go is proud to partner with a reputable 503A specialty pharmacy in West Palm Beach, Florida, in the search for a Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist in Charge (PIC). This is a direct hire opportunity with a well-established, closed-door mail order facility known for its commitment to excellence in patient care and compliance.

Position Overview:

  • Schedule: Monday Friday, 9:00 AM 6:00 PM (Full-time, first shift)Highly qualified part-time candidates will also be considered
  • Environment: Closed-door, non-sterile compounding facility
  • Specialties: Weight-loss medications, anti-aging therapies, hormone replacement treatments, and other custom compounds

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and production teams
  • Review and validate batch records and documentation for accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain and enforce cGMP standards and pharmacy regulations
  • Manage adverse drug event documentation and investigations
  • Collaborate with leadership on hiring, training, and personnel decisions
  • Oversee daily pharmacy operations in compliance with all regulatory bodies
  • Support compounding operations as needed
  • Foster a culture of quality, safety, and regulatory excellence

Required Qualifications:

  • Active, clear Pharmacist licenses in both Florida and Washington, D.C.
  • Minimum 2 years of non-sterile compounding experience
  • Minimum 2 years of pharmacy leadership or managementexperience
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory standards, pharmacy law, and cGMP practices
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
