Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and detail-oriented manner, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering and directing inbound calls efficiently.
• Operate a switchboard to handle calls across up to 10 lines with accuracy.
• Provide clear and timely information to callers and resolve inquiries when possible.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to create a positive first impression.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting arrangements as needed.
• Handle basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and mail distribution.
• Ensure all interactions are handled with care and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily office operations.• At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist or similar role.
• Proficiency in operating multi-line phone systems and switchboards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment and administrative procedures.
• A detail-oriented approach and a friendly attitude.
