- Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls, emails, and walk-ins with professionalism and urgency
- Conduct proactive outreach, follow-ups, and status updates
- Handle billing, collections, deposits, and payment follow-up
- Update customer records and maintain accurate account information
- Support dispatch and customer communication during peak periods
- Assist with outreach tasks and data clean-up during slower weeks
Requirements
- Previous customer service, call center, or clerical/accounting experience
- Comfortable making outbound calls for collections and follow-ups
- Ability to multitask in both busy and slower work periods
- Reliable and consistent; able to limit personal phone use during work hours
- Basic clerical/accounting abilities (payments, deposits, records)
- Willing to be cross-trained and support multiple districts
- Bilingual English/Spanish required (read/write/speak)
