Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist
to join our team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional support to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout every interaction. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail oriented, andpossessesstrong problem-solving skills to creatively address challenges as they arise.

Job Summary

Your primary responsibilities will include issuing order confirmations to customers to keep them informed of their order status, making updates or adjustments to orders as needed, and ensuring all confirmations are accurate and properly formatted before they are sent. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experience. The Customer Support Specialist manages a high volume of interactions via phone, email, and chat, and works collaboratively with internal teams to address customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Send order confirmations and proactively update customers on order status, delays, or changes.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all communications are logged.
  • Monitor order status, track shipments, and resolve processing delays or discrepancies.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing clear and helpful information.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teamsregardingorder issues, updates, and resolutions.
  • Identifyand troubleshoot problems related to inventory availability, system errors, or customer requests.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related administrative role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a creative, solution-focused mindset.
  • Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team.
  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office, Excel, and Microsoft Word.
