Job DescriptionKey Rose Home Care is hiring a Care Team Support Coordinator to help support the daily needs of our caregivers and clients. This position is perfect for someone who is professional, dependable, fast-learning, and ready to jump in where needed. You’ll be a key part of making sure communication runs smoothly, clients are cared for, and caregivers have the support they need.
Responsibilities: • Respond promptly and professionally to caregiver messages • Monitor and ensure caregivers are following policies in the employee handbook • Check in with both caregivers and clients to ensure services are running smoothly • Use company software (training provided) to track schedules and messages • Occasionally run local errands for clients or the company as needed • Support the care coordination team with general admin tasks
Requirements: • Must be able to read and write in English clearly and professionally • Must pass a background check • Must have your own vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance • Flexible availability during the week • Professional demeanor, reliable, quick to learn and easy to train • Comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and basic software systems • Prior experience in home care, caregiving, customer service, or admin work is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a strong plus
