This entry-level Class A driving opportunity is built for new CDL holders who want structured training, consistent miles, and a clear path to solo driving. The program focuses on real-world experience, steady income, and predictable home time.

Training and onboarding

  • Mentor-led training program lasting approximately 4–6 weeks
  • Weekly pay provided throughout the training phase
  • $300 orientation pay issued with the first paycheck
  • Hands-on regional and OTR driving experience with an experienced trainer

Solo driver pay and miles

  • Mileage pay ranges from $0.56 to $0.64 CPM after upgrade
  • Typical solo earnings average around $1,300 per week
  • Weekly miles generally range between 1,600 and 2,200
  • Freight is no-touch with a mix of drop and hook

Schedule and home time

  • Drivers remain on the road during the training phase
  • Once solo, drivers return home every 14 days for two full days off

Driver qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL required
