Oral Surgery & Pediatric Dental Assistant (RDA/DA) – No Experience Needed, We Will Train!
Locations: Salinas & Freedom/Watsonville (Travel Required)
Pay Range: $24 – $29 per hour
Experience: No prior experience required – full training provided

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
- Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
- Verify referrals, X-rays, and treatment plans before procedures
Pre-Surgical Preparation
- Set up surgical instruments and materials
- Prepare the operatory for procedures
- Confirm informed consent and explain procedures to patients
- Follow strict infection control and sterilization protocols
Chairside & Surgical Assistance
- Prepare and position patients for surgery, monitor vital signs
- Assist doctors during surgical and pediatric procedures
- Provide clear pre- and post-operative instructions to patients
Post-Surgical & Compliance Duties
- Document operative reports, anesthesia records, and billing details
- Track medications and anesthetics in compliance with regulations
- Maintain sterilization, temperature, and disinfection logs
Requirements
- RDA or DA license (Oral Surgery experience is a plus, but not required)
- Current X-ray license (required)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
