About the role
We’re hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) with hospice experience to support a growing team in the San Antonio area. This role includes admissions, recertifications and routine/respite visits. Flexible shifts and competitive compensation.
Responsibilities

Perform patient admissions, recertifications, and routine/respite visits
</li>
<li>
Coordinate with facility staff and clinical teams
</li>
<li>
Maintain accurate patient and contact records in the database
</li>
<li>
Communicate professionally with patients and families
</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>
RN license (active)
</li>
<li>
Minimum 2 years hospice clinical experience preferred
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and documentation skills
</li>
<li>
Comfortable with phone outreach and digital record keeping
</li>
