Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair electronic components and industrial control systems on manufacturing equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and testing of production machinery.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Test and validate electronic components to meet manufacturing specifications.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to resolve complex equipment issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Provide technical training or guidance to production staff when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company safety standards.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Associate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of electronic theory, industrial control systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and soldering equipment.
  • Ability to read schematics and technical documentation.

Preferred:

  • Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of robotics, automated assembly systems, and industrial networking.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently sitting, walking, standing, and bending.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and moving machinery.
  • Manual dexterity for handling small electronic components and tools.

  • Competitive Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
