The Loan Servicing Lead is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Providing exceptional member service by proactively communicating with internal and external customers, resolving complaints, and tracking issues to ensure the best member experience.
- Communicating outstanding requests, issues, and complaints to the manager.
- Performing quality control of daily loan servicing functions, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines, and addressing any issues promptly.
- Coordinating work for others and providing direction for the loan servicing team on a daily basis, with oversight from the Loan Servicing Manager.
- Assisting with interviewing, coaching, and training employees, as well as planning, assigning, and directing work.
Specific qualifications for the position include:
- A minimum of five years of loan servicing experience is required.
- Must have working knowledge of all consumer and real estate loan products, policies, procedures, services, and delivery methods.
- At least one year of lead or supervisory experience is required.
- Knowledge of credit union loan products, applicable policies and standards, and an understanding of government regulations and legal requirements related to loan servicing are required.
- Experience in loan servicing areas such as mortgage servicing, DMV, and insurance is required.
Pay Rate Range: $58,000- $66,560 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
