Position Summary:
Building a North American sales team comprising both internal hires and collaborating with key strategic North American partners. Establish relationships with major healthcare networks in North America to introduce the Leo Cancer Care technology to them. Collaborate with the Leo Cancer Care Marketing team and Sales Directors in both Asia and Europe to develop sales materials tailored to the North American market. Attend key trade shows to represent Leo Cancer Care, driving sales leads and market development. Coordinate with the rest of the Leo Cancer Care sales team to create a global sales strategy and take full responsibility for delivering on that strategy in North America.
Key responsibilities:
- Develops a targeted account list, sales, backlog, and other forecasts to actively promote, present and demonstrate Leo products to customers and potential customers.
- Reviews sales forecasts with Sales Management and, where appropriate, revises.
- Achieves unit sales of the products outlined in the sales quota, targets, or forecasts.
- Maintain continuously a high level of product knowledge, pricing, and contracting policies and procedures.
- Provide onsite and offsite product/sales presentations, assist in product sales training.
- Travel, as required, maintaining good relationships with Leo Cancer Care clients.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures relating to the handling of complaints and complaint files.
- Ensure a high level of commercial, clinical, and technical skills and maintain knowledge on all products within the Leo Cancer Care portfolio.
- Responsible for providing strategic input into product pricing and promotions and assisting with the creation and implementation of strategic sales measures.
- Responsible for regional, territory and account sales/competitive analysis and submission of monthly reports to the Chief Commercial Officer.
- Working with the Marketing team to identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with key physicians (KOLs).
- Coordinating and implementing corporate attendance at key national, regional, and local conventions/workshops.
- Participate in the development of annual sales and marketing strategic planning.
- Other duties as assigned by the Chief Commercial Officer.
Relevant Knowledge and Skill requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years direct related experience in Radiation Oncology Sales with a proven track record.
- Team player on both departmental and management team levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present high-level presentations.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills
