Job Description
Optomi, in partnership with a leader in the Entertainment Industry is seeking a Streaming Operations Coordinator to support a large-scale infrastructure migration, moving hundreds of content deliverers to a new pipeline environment. This role will sit at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with Content Partner Management and adjacent teams to ensure smooth migration of workflows, accurate reporting, and operational readiness.
The project requires heavy day-to-day use of Airtable for dashboards, reporting, and troubleshooting, as well as comfort building and documenting workflows in tools such as LucidCharts. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and will act as a key connector across multiple groups to ensure execution success.
What the Right Candidate Will Enjoy
- Building and troubleshooting Airtable dashboards, reporting systems, and workflows.
- Collaborating with ~15 core team members and 150–200 content deliverers.
- Working in a high-volume, dynamic environment where problem-solving and adaptability are key.
- Acting as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring workflows and reporting align with both sides.
Experience of the Right Candidate
- Must-Have: Proven Airtable experience (dashboards, reporting, troubleshooting).
- Experience with workflow documentation and visualization tools (LucidCharts or similar).
- Strong data reporting and dashboarding skills (Excel expertise also helpful).
- Excellent documentation and communication abilities across business and technical groups.
- 2+ years of project, operations, or content operations experience (streaming/media preferred but not required).
- Comfortable working in chaotic, high-volume reporting environments.
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Background:
- Direct experience in streaming/media operations.
- Familiarity with content management processes and streaming production vocabulary.
- Knowledge of metadata, XML schemas, or content supply chain workflows.
- Exposure to digital content, broadcast, or distribution environments.
Responsibilities of the Right Candidate
- Support migration from legacy workflows to new pipeline workflows.
- Own Airtable dashboards and reporting systems: build, maintain, and troubleshoot as needed.
- Partner with Content Partner Management and business/relationship teams to ensure seamless content migration.
- Document workflows and processes clearly for technical and business audiences.
- Act as a communication bridge across 15+ internal team members and multiple partner groups.
- Provide ongoing reporting and status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
