Job Description

We are currently hiring a Wood Stoves, Inserts & Reline Installer / Crew Manager to join our Professional Team. Our crew manger's responsibilities revolve around overseeing and coordinating a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Experience Required: Hands-on experience with the installation of wood-burning stoves, inserts, and freestanding stoves, including chimney relines. Strong knowledge of chimney and venting systems is essential. Must possess advanced carpentry skills, with the ability to read and follow the invoice summaries and manufacturer instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

· Oversees crew assigned, delegate tasks; provide guidance/training; ensure safety and quality standards are met; ensure quality control and provide performance feedback.

· Install wood-burning stoves, inserts, and freestanding stoves.

· Install and repair fireplace relines.

· Retrofit existing fireplaces or add new ones.

· Read and follow the invoice summaries and manufacturer instructions.

· Build structures using wood and steel studs.

Requirements:

· Proven experience in stove and fireplace installation

· Ability to lead and work with a small team

· Carpentry skills

· Fluent in English

· Spanish as a second language is a plus

· Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
