Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position in Santa Clara, CA. Join a collaborative educational team and support students in achieving their communication and academic goals throughout the upcoming school year.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals.

Support documentation and progress monitoring of student performance.

Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.

Maintain accurate service logs and session notes in compliance with school and district policies.
Minimum Qualifications:

Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board (SLPAHADB).

Must meet state and district requirements for school-based employment.

At least one year of experience working in a school or pediatric setting.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
