Blazer Jobs is currently seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based position in Santa Clara, CA. Join a collaborative educational team and support students in achieving their communication and academic goals throughout the upcoming school year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP.

• Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals.

• Support documentation and progress monitoring of student performance.

• Collaborate with classroom teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.

• Maintain accurate service logs and session notes in compliance with school and district policies.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.

• Active California Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license issued by the California Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology & Hearing Aid Dispensers Board (SLPAHADB).

• Must meet state and district requirements for school-based employment.

• At least one year of experience working in a school or pediatric setting.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
