We are seeking a Service Dispatcher / Customer Service Specialist who is passionate about customer service and excellent communications skills. As the first point of contact for clients, customers, technicians, and office staff, and provided key administrative support.

Position: HVAC Dispatcher / Customer Service Specialist
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm
Essential Job Duties:
- Answering incoming calls & making outbound calls
- Dispatching and scheduling on-demand service appointments
- Maintaining Annual Maintenance log & scheduling
- AR invoices in ServiceTitan
- Checking in equipment & special order parts deliveries
- Supporting the technicians with warranty and parts information
- Maintain customer database with current information
- Clear and concise communications with Customers, department managers, and employees
- Registering warranty and rebate information
- Daily working in Service Titan, our cloud-based CRM
Skills / Qualifications:
- Previous office experience with 2 + years related experience in customer service, scheduling, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Stellar customer service skills
- The ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and technicians
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- General sales skills and aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
