LHH is recruiting for an Order Entry Specialist in Wayne, Pa. This position is Contract (Temp) with a possibility of Perm. It will be a 100% onsite. The anticipated pay range is between $26-$28/hr. Need someone to start ASAP.
Responsibilities:
Processing manual orders and client transfer orders
Create and maintain EDI report
Perform end of day invoicing on a rotating basis
Answer customer requests
Resolve issues around pricing
Add and process credit card payments
Reach out to clients with warehouse questions or discrepancies
Reach out to customers regarding tracking, and any order discrepancies
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years' experience in supply chain, or customer service roles
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Ability to balance the needs of clients
Experience managing multiple stakeholders including clients, retailers, and service providers
Must have good communication and relationship management skills
Able to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Strong excel skills, as you will be tested
ERP software is a must
Pay Details: $26.00 to $28.00 per hour
