Your impact

• Own CNC laser setups and operation for scheduled jobs
• Translate 2D drawings and work orders into precise cuts
• Stage, load, and unload material; operate a forklift when needed
• Verify quality and dimensions using calipers and micrometers
• Troubleshoot and handle basic preventive maintenance
• Hit daily production goals while partnering with production and quality teams

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience operating CNC laser equipment (required)
• Amada platform experience preferred—but talent on any laser is welcome
• Blueprint reading and measurement proficiency
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong work ethic and consistent attendance
• Forklift experience is a plus
