Our client at LHH is looking for an Administrative Secretary to join their team.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Secretary to support our team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to executives and department staff, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.

Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Draft, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations.

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries professionally.

Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.

Order office supplies and manage inventory.

Assist with event planning and coordination of internal meetings.

Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
-
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines) and basic IT troubleshooting.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with scheduling software or calendar management tools.

Knowledge of document management systems.

Prior experience in [industry, e.g., healthcare, legal, education] is a plus.
Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
