This role is all about people—you’ll help us care for more patients, support our doctor, and make sure every person who walks through our door feels truly cared for.

What We’re Looking For
- An experienced EDDA, confident in chairside 4-handed dentistry
- 2+ years in a busy, multi-doctor setting preferred
- Strong dental knowledge and the ability to explain treatment in patient-friendly terms
- Organized, reliable, and always ready to jump in and help
- Compassionate and patient-focused—you put people first, always
What You’ll Do
- Assist our doctor with advanced procedures, anticipating needs and ensuring smooth appointments
- Educate and support patients through their treatment plans and oral health journey
- Keep operatories organized, stocked, and ready for exceptional patient experiences
- Maintain accurate records, lab orders, and digital charting
- Take impressions, X-rays, and digital photos
- Follow OSHA and HIPAA guidelines to keep patients and teammates safe
- Work with the team to ensure we’re efficient, resourceful, and always focused on patient care
