Lloyd Baker Injury Attorneys is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the welcoming face and voice of our firm. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll play a vital role in creating a professional and compassionate experience from the moment they walk through the door or call our office.

Compensation:
$16 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls
- Manage voicemail and ensure messages are delivered promptly
- Maintain an organized front desk and lobby area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and office correspondence
- Support office staff with administrative tasks as needed
- Uphold client confidentiality and firm standards at all times
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of receptionist or administrative experience (law firm experience a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
- Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
