We're looking for professional, experienced insurance sales professionals to join our winning team!
At the Dick Hannah Insurance Agency, we prioritize building lasting relationships with our clients and ensuring their peace of mind through personalized service. We are currently seeking a Licensed Sales Producer to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier insurance products and services. This is an outbound sales position with a strong focus on new client acquisition and customer retention.

Experienced applicants with an active property and casualty insurance license start with a $22-$25 base hourly rate (depending on experience) plus 3-15% commission on written premiums per the pay plan terms as well as additional bonus opportunities. Average annual total compensation expectation is $72,000 with increased potential based on productivity/number of sold products. Candidates without a P&C license will start at a $18.50 hourly rate until licensed.

Responsibilities
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.

Requirements
- Ability to produce $20,000 average of Allstate New Business Premium per month.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Professional phone etiquette.
- Follow through and ability to exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Multi-lingual candidates preferred but not required.
