Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional and timely customer service to clients and partners
• Coordinate and track shipments, pickups, and deliveries
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, drivers, and warehouse staff
• Enter and update shipment information accurately in internal systems
• Prepare and maintain daily reports and shipment documentation
• Resolve customer inquiries and service issues promptly
• Support dispatch and warehouse teams as needed
Requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Dependable and punctual work habits
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of logistics, warehousing, or transportation preferred
• Dispatch or drayage experience is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
