About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and organizational support to management and team members.
- Coordinate daily office activities and handle incoming communications in a professional manner.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assist in problem-solving and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.
- Assist in reviewing new contracts for business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree, Bachelors degree, or equivalent college certification required.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, Google search etc.
