Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite school-based position in Riverwoods, Illinoisfor the 20252026 school year. This opportunity is ideal for a passionate and dedicated SLP who is committed to helping students improve their communication skills in a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative school environment.

? Position Details

  • Location: Riverwoods, IL

  • Schedule: Full-Time, Monday through Friday

  • Hours: Approximately 3540 hours/week

  • Employment Dates: August 25, 2025 June 12, 2026

  • Setting: Onsite only

  • Positions Available: 1

? Caseload & Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students from preschool through high school

  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress

  • Address a range of communication challenges, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication

  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other service providers

  • Serve one or more school sites within the district

  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and district requirements

? Requirements

  • Valid Indiana SLP license (or eligibility by the start date)

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered with supervision

  • Previous pediatric or school-based experience is preferred

  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
