Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Located in Citrus Heights, CA, this full-time, contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position serves K-12 students within a public school setting. The role begins ASAP and extends through the remainder of the school year, providing a rewarding opportunity to support elementary students experiencing varied disabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-5 students
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes according to school and district requirements
  • Providing consultation and support to classroom staff to facilitate communication goals

Qualifications and experience sought:

  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid California Speech-Language Pathology credential for school settings
  • Experience working with elementary-aged children (K-5) with diverse communication disorders
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work full-time hours (37.5 hours per week), Monday through Friday
