Salary Range: $58,000 - $85,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet output targets and schedules.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of production operators, fostering a productive work environment.
• Ensure all products meet established quality standards and specifications.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
• Monitor production performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Troubleshoot production issues, including equipment malfunctions and process deviations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of production processes, equipment operation, and quality control standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement corrective actions.

Bonus Qualifications

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent Lean manufacturing training.
• Proficiency with ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or MES systems.
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs for production staff.
• Demonstrated ability to use data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, advanced Excel) for process improvement.
