Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager who can also serve as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
This role combines office management responsibilities with full-charge bookkeeping across multiple entities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing diverse tasks beyond accounting, including administrative coordination and operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping & Accounting:

- Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple entities using QuickBooks Online
- Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting
- Prepare and maintain accurate records for audits and compliance
- Office Management:

- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with vendors, manage supplies, and support HR-related tasks
- Assist leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and special projects
- Additional Duties:

- Support cross-functional teams with administrative needs
- Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager and Full-Charge Bookkeeper
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Ability to manage multiple entities and complex accounting structures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
