Join our growing team! We're seeking reliable and experienced Material Operators to support warehouse operations across all shifts. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to safety, and experience operating reach trucks and EPJ, we want to hear from you!
Location: Romeoville, IL
Schedule: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Shifts + Required Overtime
Pay rate:
1st Shift: $19/hour2nd Shift: $19.50/hour3rd Shift: $20/hour
Duties:
- Operate Reach Truck and EPJ to transport pallets, materials, and cases throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Perform case picking using RF scanners or pick lists to fulfill outbound orders accurately and on time.
- Stage, wrap, and label pallets for shipment, ensuring product integrity and order accuracy.
- Assist with inventory tasks, including stock rotation, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies in product locations or quantities.
Requirements:
- Must pass a background check and drug screen as part of the pre-employment process.
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
- Experience operating Reach Trucks and EPJs in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and perform tasks involving standing, walking, and repetitive motion throughout the shift.
