Job DescriptionFulfillment & Customer Support Associate
Location: Washington, D.C. (Onsite)Salary: $65K/yr
About the RoleWe’re looking for a Fulfillment & Customer Support Associate to help us deliver an outstanding customer experience. As part of a small, growing team, you’ll split your time between hands-on fulfillment (picking, packing, shipping, returns) and front-line customer support. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn ecommerce operations inside and out.
Responsibilities

  • Process daily orders, track shipments, manage returns, and maintain accurate inventory data.
  • Communicate directly with customers via email/chat, resolving order inquiries.
  • Support the setup and usage of new systems (Shopify integrations, customer support tools).
  • Ensure packaging, shipping, and service standards align with brand expectations.
  • Assist with reporting and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Flex into additional operational responsibilities as needed in a startup environment.


Qualifications

  • 1–2 years experience in ecommerce operations, fulfillment, logistics, or customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Customer-first mindset with clear and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Eagerness to grow in ecommerce and operations.
