Through innovative programs, assistive technology, and advocacy, we empower people of all ages to communicate and learn in new and meaningful ways. As our team grows, we are looking for a proactive and organized Office Administrator who shares our passion and can help keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily administrative tasks to support a small, dynamic team
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records
- Handle scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
- Respond to phone calls and emails with professionalism and care
- Handle communications with client concerns and on general matters including events and classes
- Monitor and reorder office and educational supplies
- Support staff onboarding and HR document organization
- Assist with keeping the office clean and tidy
- Assist staff with any special projects
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort with digital tools (Google Calendar; Word; email)
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and be willing to pitch in when needed
- Passion for inclusive education or working with marginalized communities is a plus
