Our busy multi-office medical practice in Clinton Township is looking for Full-time experienced Medical Schedulers with great communication skills while being a swift typists. You will be helping answer phone calls for all 9 of our locations in a call center type setting. Pay range: $18-20/hour an hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include communicating with; patients, referring physician offices, insurance companies and other staff to accurately and professionally schedule appointments.

Requirements are, great customer service skills, experience with computerized scheduling systems and experience dealing with heavy call volume. May perform other general office duties as needed and /or assigned.

Must have at least 2 years of customer service experience or medical front desk receptionist experience. Must have High School diploma or GED.

Ability to work well under pressure, express thoughts clearly and concisely, listen, read and interpret information quickly, in both written and oral form.

This position will only be required to work during normal business hours 8am-5pm Monday-Friday, no weekends, no holidays and no evenings.
