The Sous Chef/Chef role focuses on leading and managing kitchen operations with a primary emphasis on Italian cuisine. This position involves overseeing a medium-sized team of 10-20 members, ensuring smooth kitchen management, and maintaining strict health and safety standards. The Chef will regularly interact with suppliers for inventory control and will focus mainly on the execution of menu items rather than menu design or innovation. The role requires availability for extended and on-time shifts.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Italian cuisine dishes with consistency and quality
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate workflow for a medium-sized team
- Oversee inventory control and maintain regular communication with suppliers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Required Qualifications
