Assistant Director of Nursing – ADON
Absolut Care of Gasport (20 min north of Williamsville)
Up to $90K + $10K Sign-On | 4 Day/Week Schedule | 80-Bed Facility

Absolut Care of Gasport is hiring an ADON to join our warm, community-focused team. Enjoy a supportive environment, strong leadership, and a manageable 80-bed facility.

Schedule: 4 days/week, 10-hour shifts
Pay: Up to $90,000 + $10,000 sign-on bonus

Responsibilities:

• Assist DON with daily clinical operations

• Support and coach nursing staff

• Ensure compliance and quality care

• Promote a positive resident-centered culture
