Position Overview:
- Location: Aurora, CO
- Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hrs/week
- Caseload: High School - Mod/Severe Classroom
- Pay: 48+ Depending on Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Deliver specialized instruction and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with families, educators, and support staff
- Adapt materials and methods for diverse learning styles
- Maintain documentation in accordance with school guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Special Education or related field
- Active Colorado Special Education Certification
- Experience with students with special needs preferred
- Strong knowledge of special education, best practices and compliance
