Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Provide perioperative care in the operating room, specializing in neuro cases.
- Participate in on-call duties, covering weeknight and weekend shifts as scheduled.
- Ensure proper surgical instrument sterilization and compliance with facility protocols.
- Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient education and care.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure patient safety at all times.
- Utilize EPIC for effective charting and documentation of patient care.

\n\nQualifications\n
- \n
- Minimum of 2 years of operating room RN experience required.
- Current BLS certification is mandatory; ACLS preferred.
- Experience with a wide range of surgical procedures including laparoscopic and Da Vinci cases.
- Preferable experience in oncology, orthopedic, and neurological surgical procedures.
- Prior use of EPIC charting system required.
- 100% nicotine-free compliance is mandatory due to facility policy.
